- Professor Nicholas Talley, acclaimed author, gastroenterologist and Pro-Vice Chancellor of Health at Newcastle
- Dr Luciano Dalla Pozza, head of Paediatric Oncology at Westmead Children’s Hospital
- Dr Martin Van Der Weyden, editor of the Medical Journal of Australia
IFMSA General Assembly
The International Federation of Medical Students’ Association General Assembly is going to be held in Montreal Canada from 31 July to 6 August 2010. Applications are now open. The IFMSA is the largest medical student organisation in the world, which provides amazing opportunites to meet other medical students and gain a new perspective on global issues.If you’re interested check out the attached document calling for applications.
AMSA National Student & Teaching Award submissions
The AMSA National Teaching & Student Awards champion, respectively, excellence in medical education & the contributions that medical students make to their local community and the wider nation. Submissions are due June 12 2010.
