The AMSA National Convention is AMSA’s premier annual event. Scheduled to run between the 1st and 8th of July in 2012, AMSA National Convention ‘Perth 2012′ will host 1,000 delegates from across the nation. Over the week, students will enjoy a rewarding academic and social program enhanced by intervarsity competitions, field trips, workshops and a trade show. Convention embodies the maxims of AMSA and continues to be the highlight of the association’s calendar every year. ‘Perth 2012′ is evolving to be the most ambitious and innovative Convention yet. Focussing on the theme, ‘On the Edge’, ‘Perth 2012′ will encourage delegates to push their personal and professional boundaries, and to approach medicine from new angles.
