The best $25 ever spent…… The University of Newcastle Medical Society is the largest student organisation on-campus; a multi-faceted, student-focused, progressive organisation interwoven within the fabric of medicine in Newcastle.

Since the inception of UNMS in 1978, the society has been central to the social, academic and political life of Medical students. In 2009 we continue our commitment to enhance member services, including upgrading our website, providing improved modes of communication between executive and students, offering a range of new and exciting social events, exploring innovative methods of co-curricular education and engaging, without falter, in the political arena.

Membership to the University of Newcastle Medical Society is a right of every student, an opportunity to support the work of a committed organisation and to seize the many experiences of student life. For you, membership promises:
